• Originally I obtained my individual eyelash extensions training certificate in 2018 and since then I perfected my work with other training courses (in styling, in safe methods of application and other techniques) to the highest standards of the UK lash industry. I specialise in natural (but noticeable) lash extensions transformations. If you prefer extremely long or very heavy lashes that's not something I would offer.
• My work has been published several times on the website of the leading UK luxury lash supply business and I pride myself in using only the safest, UK and EU approved adhesives, eyelashes, tapes and other products for your safety.
• The industry is VERY saturated. There are so many service providers with little experience or technicians offering cheap prices and cutting corners on using very cheap quality products (of mainly Asian origin). This is dangerous especially in case of adhesives as they contain ingredients that can cause severe allergic reactions. Many lash technicians also lack experience and knowledge in styling and apply way too thick and heavy extensions that will ruin the natural lashes, causing irreversible damage and gaps in the lash line.

Does the adhesive need to be 'patch' tested?
Lash adhesives do not/are never supposed to touch the skin (eyelid) so the lash extensions are applied 0.5-1 mm from the root of the natural lashes hence we don't do traditional 'on skin' patch tests.

As most allergies develop over time as per the latest advice of the major training companies and insurance companies we do not
have to carry out sensitivity tests. HOWEVER, as a duty of care I always carry out a sensitivity test the following way:
I apply 6-8 lash extensions on each eye to see if the adhesive or the under eye gel pads, tapes are safe to use for you. Remember everyone is different, with different sensitivities.

Even though it's exremely rare to develop allergic reactions to my adhesives (I exclusively use lash extensions adhesives manufactured in the UK!) and all the tapes are of surgical quality and non-allergic, however, sensitivities can still occur, especially for clients who have allergy to acrylic nails.

How long do lash extensions last?
After 2 weeks lash extensions require infills as we shed/loose about 3-5 natural lashes (and so the lash extensions on them) every singleday.
This is completely normal as our natural lashes grow in cycles to ensure that our eyes are always protected by our lashes.
So if you want to keep your individual eyelashextensions looking at their best (and of course you do) then book an infill no later than 2 weeks from the original eyelash extension application date.
Please note that once you've lost more than50% of your lash extensions (anywhere between 50-60 per eye) the service is
charged as a full/new set.

What aftercare is required?
There are a few small things you need to do to keep your lashes gorgeous clean and fluffy: a little bit of TLC every day (you
will be given your COMPLIMENTARY home care kit with cleansing brushes, a foam dispenser bottle, a lash extensions cleansing gel and a video instruction) and you need to stay away from
mascara (you don't need it anymore) and oil based makeup products.
You will need to clean your lashes (just likeyou do wash your hair every 2 days) to maintain your eye hygiene and remove natural oils and protein from the lashes.

Your lash extensions treatment includes the following:
- Lash cleansing/priming (to remove potential protein from the lashes to ensure that perfect bond)
- Applying under eye gel pads to protect the lower lashes
- Isolating each of your natural lash one by one and then picking up and applying the lash extensions carefully, in the desired direction onto each natural lash.
- Applying a super bonder liquid to ensure that your lash extensions are instantly waterproof.

Are individual eyelash extensions safe?
The answer is: ABSOLUTELY as long as the lash extensions are safely and expertly applied, using the highest quality, UK made adhesives and lashes, on top of individually isolated natural lashes, never touching your eyelid.
That's why it is very important to only allowfully qualified and certified lash artists to do the job for you.
As a professionally qualified Lash Extensions Technician I find it of utmost importance to continuously train myself in the latest techniques and lash application methods to ensure that I am on top of
the industry when it comes to your natural lashes' safety, the quality of my work, the lash extensions and tools I work with.

Why I don't infill other lash technicians'work?
The only way I can guarantee a long lasting flawless result with great retention if I do the entire set myself, from start to finish.

Why don't I provide 'mobile' lash extensionsservices?
For the lash extensions to last long the adhesive requires the right temperature and humidity range to 'cure' to perfection.
Humidity levels have to stay around 55%.. The ideal temperature for the adhesive is 19-24 Celsius degrees so this is the reason why I only work in my own, temperature and humidity controlled studio at home.

Who are NOT suitable for eyelash extensions?
If your lashes are very thin and short or broken/damaged for any reason (e.g. you picked them or worn way too heavy and
thick lashes for a long time) I will only book you in once you've had your
'lash rehab': taking supplements such as Zinc, 5000 mg Biotin, cod liver oil, evening primrose capsules and applying eyelash growth enhancing serums such as Revitalash or UK Lash that are excellent ways of helping to get those natural lashes back to perfectly healthy.

If you are pregnant or if you breast feed it is not advisable to have lash extensions: the lash extensions adhesives contain cyano-acrylate and even though there is no medical/scientific evidence for lash extensions directly causing harm, however, due to sensitivities developing
easier during pregnancy as per my training company's suggestion I choose not to treat clients who are expecting or breast feed for the first 6 months.
Other restrictions include: clients with watery eyes, with eye stye or other contagious health conditions, eye infections etc. or sensitivity to cyano-acrylate (e.g. if you have acrylic nail allergy). For full list of contraindications each of my client needs to fill out a detailed questionnaire that we discuss during the initial consultation.

Cancellation: please allow minimum 48 hours' notice if you can't make your appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within this time frame your deposit will not be refunded and your next booking will
have to be fully pre-paid.

Arriving late or with makeup: please note that if you arrive late your allocated appointment time will be adjusted accordingly. This
means that you might not leave with a full set and you will need to book and pay for another session. This is to protect the clients arriving after you, on time.
